ARCUPA-HR has played an important role in helping Arkansas institutions meet HR challenges and move ahead. Since 1989, ARCUPA-HR has helped provide and educate people on new legislation taking place, along with a resource network for colleagues to share ideas and develop skills.
ARCUPA-HR has the opportunity to include SHRM student chapter members to give new and fresh perspectives on the profession. As a Chapter leader within the CUPA-HR organization, ARCUPA-HR has an opportunity to sponsor additional professional development for our members. And finally ARCUPA-HR allows for the development of close personal and professional relationships among members. These relationships have made this organization the long-term success that it is today.
